The three grape varieties Chardonnay, Albariño and Xarel.lo are fermented separately, having been chilled to below 10°C to preserve the primary aromas in the finished wine. Yellow fruit such as peach and nectarine on the nose, together with pear, melon and aromas of white flowers and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Unoaked, the palate is fresh with plenty of fruit flavours and a zesty finish.
