This beautiful Sauvignon Blanc is made using grapes from selected blocks of vineyards in both the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. It is cool-fermented then allowed to rest on the lees for four months before bottling. With minimal handling, the vibrant bouquet of gooseberry and lime is preserved.
