Dry Creek Valley, California, USA, 2014/2015
Zinfandel grapes from Dry Creek Valley vineyards are fermented separately to preserve the characteristics of each.
After pressing and malolactic fermentation in barrels, the wine is matured for 15 months in a mixture of French and American oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
The wine is fruit-forward with blackberry and black cherry aromas and spicy notes; the palate is balanced and mouth-filling with a rich texture and long finish.
