Vineyards in the Paarl, Durbanville, Philadelphia and Stellenbosch regions provide fruit for this 100% Shiraz. The wine is matured in new-, second- and third-fill oak for a period of 12 to 18 months. An abundance of prune, plum and cherry with pencil shaving and oak spice aromas is met on the palate by flavours of ripe plum, cherry and dark chocolate.
