A blend of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes is used to make this delicately coloured rosé. The colour is obtained by allowing the juice to stay in contact with the skins for a short period of time prior to the first fermentation, this takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The bouquet shows fresh fruit and floral notes and the palate is refreshing and just off-dry.
