From order date you will receive your order within seven to ten working days, depending on when you placed your order with us. 

We dispatch orders on Thursdays

and Fridays.

(Order before Wednesday 10am for same week shipping).

We use the APC courier network who ship goods to all areas of mainland UK. 

For shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, The Highlands,

Northern Ireland and all other off shore locations please contact us at 01629 812369.

Alternatively you can send us an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.


If for any reason your order may be delayed, we will notify you as soon as

possible and advise when delivery will be made and agree on any action to be taken.

A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for the order

a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves a

re-delivery of your order organised between yourself and the courier. 

We cannot be held liable for delays in your delivery due to a third party.


We now offer a free local collection service - minimum order £30

Please wait for an email regarding your collection date before coming to collect your order.


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.


A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to

cancel is received in writing. You can tell us you want to cancel your order by emailing us at, or by phone on 01629 812369. Any cancelled order will be refunded

as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days.


Delivery costs and arrangements for return of non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.


In the rare event that you should wish to return all or part of your order due to a suspected faulty product the request to cancel must be made in writing to In the case of a faulty product we will arrange collection of the remaining wine and on receipt, refund you or send you a replacement
