We use the APC courier network who ship goods to all areas of mainland UK.

We aim for all deliveries to be made within seven working days of receiving your order.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as
possible and advise when delivery will be made and agree on any action to be taken.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for the order
a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves a
re-delivery of your order organised between yourself and the courier.
We cannot be held liable for delays in your delivery due to a third party.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to
cancel is received in writing. You can tell us you want to cancel your order by emailing us at , or by phone on 01629 812369. Any cancelled order will be refunded
as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days.
Delivery costs and arrangements for return of non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.
In the rare event that you should wish to return all or part of your order due to a suspected faulty product the request to cancel must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of a faulty product we will arrange collection of the remaining wine and on receipt, refund you or send you a replacement
